The number one question we hear . . . . how long will my order take?
Our turnaround averages 2-5 weeks after the final approval of your proof, depending on your quantity and complexity of assembly. We recommend placing an order 5-8 weeks prior to when you want them mailed to give yourself adequate time to address the envelopes. Envelopes can also be shipped ahead of the invitation order for a minimum $10 charge.

When should I mail my invitations?
Wedding invitations are mailed 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you are planning a destination wedding that involves extra travel & planning for your guests, mail 10-12 weeks ahead.

Can I order an odd number, for example, just 63?
Any quantity can be ordered with the standard print method, although in some cases we can go ahead with thermography printing for odd number quantities as well.

I love the paper & style but would rather have a larger invitation- can that be changed?
Of course! Almost all of our invitation designs are flexible in size, papers & accents. Our designs are shown using different colors, ribbon & embellishments to give you an idea of how one detail can change the entire look of the design. Your final price will be adjusted for larger or smaller styles.

Do I need to order a sample first?
Not at all, but we always recommend samples so you can see & feel first hand the exact color and quality of our papers. And remember if you're debating between papers & colors, paper swatches are free of charge and can be requested by a simple phone call or e-mail.

How do your papers affect the environment?
All handmade papers are tree-free and eco-friendly! Imported from India, Nepal, Thailand, Japan and Italy, our handmade papers are made from wool, silk, cotton...all by-products of the textile industry. Papers with petals, bark & leaves have a kozo base infused with *downed* petals and leaves. We're in the process of changing to recycled envelopes for all designs as well; currently most envelopes are at least 30% pcf content. The one exception is our "Cityscapes" gallery pockets that are NOT made from recycled content.

What is the most economical choice in types of printing?
In general, standard print is more economical for quantities less than 100 and for large quantities, thermography is the better package.
